Could you be the full-time onsite Project Documentation Manager in Toronto, ON, CA we’re looking for? Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your documentation management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.You'll ensure the seamless execution of documentation processes across projects, programs, and bids, driving compliance, quality, and timely delivery. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project management, engineering, and customer relations), act as the central point of contact for documentation matters, and oversee the full documentation lifecycle, from creation to archiving, and much more." We’ll look to you for:
Defining and implementing documentation management processes across the project lifecycle.,
Developing and maintaining the Documentation Management Plan (DMP) in line with contractual requirements.,
Establishing and deploying documentation standards, including numbering systems and templates.,
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and contractual obligations.,
Coordinating documentation activities across all contributing teams and participating units.,
Managing the full documentation lifecycle, from creation to final delivery and archiving.,
Leading the setup, deployment, and administration of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).,
Validating documentation prior to submission and ensuring proper external distribution.,
Defining and monitoring documentation KPIs (quality, delivery performance).,
Driving continuous improvement through lessons learned (REX) and process enhancements."

Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field. ,
Experience or understanding of documentation management processes and lifecycle in project environments. ,
Knowledge of contractual requirements and compliance standards. ,
Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and tools such as SharePoint or Teams. ,
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ,
Attention to detail and organizational skills. ,
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. ,
Problem-solving mindset with proactive risk mitigation abilities. ,
Analytical skills to monitor KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement. ,
Adaptability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
