Company Description Sara Al Ahmar is a Toronto-based content creator and influencer specializing in food, beauty, lifestyle, hair, and fashion — creating in-person branded content across the GTA and UGC for brands worldwide.
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks such as managing communications, scheduling collaborations, organizing spread sheets, sending reports, and providing general administrative support. The role also requires assisting with online research. managing correspondence, light video editing using CapCut and supporting the day-to-day operations of an active creator business.
Qualifications Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Experience with email management, calendar scheduling, and basic data entry. Proficient in time management, task prioritization, and organizational skills. Knowledge of online research techniques and ability to analyze information efficiently. Comfortable with handling administrative work including file organization and reporting. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with digital tools and platforms such as Google Workspace and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana). Basic familiarity with Instagram and TikTok. Basic CapCut skills or willingness to learn. Self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote environment. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
