Current Opportunities 🚚 Customer Success Representative – Ground Transportation Focus on account management and customer support within LTL and small parcel operations. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating shipments, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

✈️ International Air Logistics Specialist Focus on executing and managing air shipments from booking through delivery. This role acts as the operational bridge between customers, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

🌍 International Logistics Manager (Will transition to a director role quick) Lead the day-to-day operations of international logistics activities across ground, air, and ocean transportation. This position oversees operational execution, supports and manages a small team, drives process improvements, and ensures exceptional customer service and shipment performance.

What We're Looking For • Experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain • Knowledge of LTL, small parcel, ground transportation, air freight, and/or ocean freight operations • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience using TMS, CRM, or logistics software is considered an asset • Leadership experience is considered an asset for management-level opportunities

Compensation 💰 $70,000 – $85,000 (based on position) 🏠 Hybrid – Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC
