This role can be located in the US or Canada and will support our sales team in our Food & Beverage vertical which includes our business units, Silverware POS and Arryved. Job Summary The Sales Administrator supports the sales organization by managing administrative processes, maintaining sales systems and data, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role plays a critical part in enabling the sales team to operate effectively by providing accurate reporting, coordinating processes, and supporting cross-functional communication. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and sales leadership Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and integrity Process sales orders, contracts, renewals, and amendments in accordance with company policies Assist with sales reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics Coordinate sales onboarding materials, documentation, and internal resources Support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and territory or account assignments Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams on pricing, contracts, and billing processes Manage sales documentation, templates, and internal knowledge bases Respond to internal inquiries related to sales processes and tools Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and operational efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 1+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a related role Proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems and Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Excel Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a B2B SaaS sales organization Experience with reporting tools or business intelligence platforms Understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting Skills & Competencies Analytical and detail-oriented mindset Process-driven with a continuous improvement focus Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively High level of professionalism and discretion Salary range: $40,000 - 58,000 CAD $40,000 - $53,500 USD Fullsteam recognizes that your health and wellbeing are a priority.
