Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Trainee role based in Montreal, QC. The Trainee will support project teams by assisting with day-to-day operational tasks, documentation, and coordination activities. Responsibilities may include gathering and organizing data, preparing reports or presentations, updating internal systems, and supporting communication between team members and stakeholders. The Trainee will also participate in training sessions, shadow experienced professionals, and learn company tools, processes, and best practices. Over time, the Trainee is expected to take on more responsibility, contribute to problem-solving efforts, and support the delivery of technology and workforce solutions for clients. Qualifications Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and processes, with a strong interest in technology and workforce solutions. Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document tasks clearly and collaborate with diverse teams. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, including basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, collaboration platforms). Positive attitude toward continuous learning, openness to feedback, and willingness to take initiative under guidance. Diploma or degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (completed or in progress) is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Montreal, QC; proficiency in English required, and French language skills are an asset.
