Purpose: We are currently recruiting for a Senior Document Controller. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Responsibilities: Work on multiple projects independent of document control supervision. Process engineering and vendor docs What you will bring: Technical and Industry Experience: Minimum of 8 years Document Control experience. Aconex, BIM360, Bluebeam, SharePoint experience would be an asset. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Proficiency in electronic Document/Data Management Systems. General understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction activities with respect to document management and control would be an asset. Ability to work collaboratively while working remotely. Knowledge and experience in all areas of document/data management, including identification, creation, use, retrieval, access, retention, turnover. Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: Required: Bachelor's degree required. For applicants based in the province of British Columbia, the salary range is CAD $77K to $92K Application of the pay band: Variation in salary is determined by factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
