The company utilizes AI enabled tools to organize candidate responses. These tools may be used in the screening or assessment of applicants.

  • Daily review of timesheets including swipe checking and contract compliance

  • Daily timesheet entry into internal system

  • Weekly time entry review in internal system

  • Resolve pay issues or errors with site employees, escalate as necessary

  • Time entry billing into client system (Track)

  • Onboarding new employees in client system including site access submissions

  • Electronic filing of all admin documents

  • Processing site reports using Word

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably within a field-based or operational environment.

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including invoicing, expense management, and cost tracking.

  • Experience working with Track system is preferred.

  • Hands-on experience processing timesheets, job costing, and supporting payroll functions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data reconciliation).

  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, JD Edwards, or similar) is an asset.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
