Position Overview Imperial Apparel Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support our Sales team and help drive the continued growth of our apparel lines. This is a key support role working closely with the VP of Sales on client presentations, order book management & follow-through. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in the day-to-day administration of the sales support function, ensuring accurate information flow, impeccable SKU management, and clear communication both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support the VP of Sales with sales, operational & clerical tasks Coordinate all aspects of the sales & sales operations communications Coordinate and gather props, samples, and materials for meetings and presentations Comfortable with client facing presentations Manage various sample requests and track sample movement Handle and organize samples returned from buyers Gather swatches and create colour cards, charts, and related materials Take photos and detailed notes during meetings Assist with showroom setup and presentation Support item creation and merchandising needs Execute ad-hoc projects as required by the Sales team Complete and maintain cost forms with accuracy and attention to detail Work with 3PL to ensure orders are shipped on time Verify inbound and ensure product is arriving on time from factories
Qualifications & Skills Bachelors in related field or equivalent 3-5 years’ office work experience Strong sense of customer service Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong computer proficiency, including Adobe Illustrator, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Adaptable and responsive to changing business demands Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and ability to figure things out
