About the role
The customer success coordinator will support the company’s clients, whether B2B or B2C, with all their requests alongside the different departments of the company. This role includes but is not limited to the following: E-commerce B2C customer support (Yoga Jeans website), B2B administrative support, including serving the retail stores across the globe, supporting administrative tasks internally on these accounts, support the teams on different tasks related to sales, administration and orders and be part of the strategic planning to grow and support these accounts.
Key responsibilities
B2C customer service: Answering customer request from the web, handling returns, exchanges and repackaging (Approximately 50%) Serve customers for our private fitting program Sales representative administrative support B2B customer support Administration support at the company level with orders, products, ERP systems Strategic planning to grow internal accounts Logistics support for B2B accounts Help the company for any side project necessary to help the brand grow at large
Qualifications
English and French compulsory (written and spoken) Driver's licence (an asset) Shopify knowledge (an asset) Autonomous and computer savvy Customer service knowledge (an asset)
