Role Description The Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. This role is responsible for supporting daily branch operations, including coordinating inventory and supply needs, monitoring order flow, and ensuring timely delivery of parts and services. The Operations Coordinator assists with scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks, while maintaining accurate records and operational reports. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues, improve workflows, and uphold service standards. The person in this position contributes to a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment aligned with the company’s mission. Qualifications Strong operations management skills, including coordination of daily activities, workflow optimization, and basic understanding of inventory processes. Solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, troubleshoot operational issues, and support process improvements. Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues, suppliers, and customers, with clear verbal and written abilities in a professional setting. Customer service skills to handle inquiries, support service excellence, and help maintain positive relationships with partners and car owners. Administrative assistance experience, including document handling, data entry, scheduling, and use of office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email tools). Relevant experience in operations, logistics, automotive, or retail environments is an asset. Ability to work on-site full time in Montreal, QC, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail. Diploma or degree in business, operations, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
