About the role
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Schedule and confirm appointments. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Set up and monitor, or arrange for the setting up and monitoring of multi-media equipment. Inspect and select sites. Develop risk management plans. Develop and monitor emergency security plans. Manage Event Logistics. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products.
