Office Manager

Richmond, BC | Full-Time

Our growing cabinet manufacturing company is looking for an organized, proactive, and solutions-focused Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and support the day-to-day success of our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading people, and can confidently balance office operations, vendor coordination, and customer support responsibilities.

As a key member of the team, the Office Manager will oversee office staff, support operational efficiency, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure smooth order processing from start to finish.

What You?ll Do

Office & Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily office operations and resolve administrative or operational issues as they arise.
  • Ensure office procedures and workflows are efficient and well organized.
  • Support communication and coordination between office, production, vendors, and dealers.

Team Leadership

  • Hire, onboard, train, and support office staff.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and day-to-day supervision to the administrative team.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture.

Vendor & Purchasing Coordination

  • Review and approve vendor invoices prior to accounts payable processing.
  • Coordinate rush orders and communicate with vendors to support production deadlines.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and follow up on issues or delays when required.

Product & Quality Support

  • Review and approve sample doors prior to shipping.
  • Coordinate dealer communications regarding discontinued products, new product launches, and product updates.
  • Support accuracy and consistency of product information and specifications.

Marketing & Documentation Oversight

  • Oversee updates to the company website, brochures, and specification books.
  • Ensure marketing and product materials remain current and accurate.

Order Processing Oversight

  • Oversee order processing to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  • Support the team in resolving order discrepancies and customer concerns.
  • Work closely with internal departments to help meet customer expectations and delivery timelines.

What We?re Looking For

  • 3?5+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, cabinetry, construction, or a related industry is considered an asset.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with vendors, invoicing, and order processing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office management software.
