We're looking for someone organized and dependable who's as comfortable packing and dispatching a day's deliveries as they are calling a patient to follow up. What You Bring Must-haves Organized and reliable — you keep track of moving parts and things go out on time. Strong communicator — clear, warm, and confident on the phone; patients feel looked after. Comfortable with the hands-on side — on your feet during your shift, handling packages and shipping supplies (items are generally small and light). Detail-oriented — accuracy matters when it's someone's medication and their personal information. Eligible to work in Canada and able to pass a background check (this role handles medications and patient information). Nice-to-haves Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment. Familiarity with couriers, delivery platforms, or shipping/order tools (UberDirect, Shopify, Kroll). A second language is always an asset with our patient base.
