On behalf of our client, a growing financial advisory office, The Warrington Group is recruiting for a Front Office Administrator/Receptionist to join their team in Burnside, Nova Scotia.

The Opportunity:
This is a full-time, front office role ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and creating a polished, welcoming experience for clients and visitors. You will support daily office operations, manage communication, coordinate schedules, and assist with administrative tasks that help the office stay organized and client-ready.
This is not a sales role and does not require financial licensing or industry credentials. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys professional office administration, takes pride in the details, and likes being the person others can count on to keep things moving.
Requirements The ideal candidate brings previous experience in administration, reception, customer service, or office support. You are polished, dependable, and comfortable working in a professional environment where confidentiality and client experience matter.
You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and friendly presence. You enjoy supporting others, keeping things organized behind the scenes, and making sure every client interaction feels professional and positive.
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries • Coordinate appointment scheduling, calendars, and meeting logistics • Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and administrative documents • Support office correspondence, scanning, filing, and data entry • Assist the financial advisor with day-to-day administrative tasks • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information • Ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and client-ready • Support light event coordination or client appreciation initiatives as needed • Provide general administrative support to help keep daily operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support role • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office technology • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment • Professional, polished, and dependable • Proactive mindset and willingness to support wherever needed • Strong discretion and respect for confidential information • Positive, client-focused approach
Benefits • Salary: $48,000 annually • Vacation and benefits • Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule • In-office position based in Burnside, Nova Scotia • Stable opportunity within a respected professional office • Supportive and collaborative work environment • Opportunity to build strong client relationships and become a valued part of a small team
