The position being filled is for a Main Switchboard operator for a medical clinic but will also include other medical office assistant duties.

We are looking for someone who is able to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently as we are a very busy office of 5 General Practitioners and a dermatologist. The applicant must be friendly, have a positive attitude, be a team player and willing to cooperate with Physicians and staff. Previous experience would be very beneficial.

Our EMR(Electronic Medical Records) is Med Access based and training can be provided if the applicant does not have experience.

*Professionalism in person and on the telephones is essential.

*Wage will be reviewed after 3 month probation period.
