Role Description The Clinic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at AMC’s Mississauga, ON location, responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations. This role includes managing front-desk and administrative workflows, supervising clinic staff, and ensuring a high standard of patient experience and customer service. The Clinic Manager coordinates scheduling, supports recruitment and onboarding of new staff, and maintains clear communication among physicians.

Qualifications Strong customer service orientation with experience managing patient-facing operations and resolving concerns effectively (Customer Service). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate among providers, staff, and external partners in a fast-paced clinical environment (Communication). Foundational understanding of medical clinic workflows and healthcare terminology, with prior experience in a medical, allied health, or multidisciplinary practice setting preferred. Experience developing and delivering staff training, performance coaching, and supporting continuous improvement in processes and standards. Relevant post-secondary education in health administration, business administration, or a related field; equivalent experience in clinic or healthcare operations management will be considered. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including staff scheduling, performance oversight, and conflict resolution. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with competence in using EMR systems and standard office software.
