Adult Community Services is an integral piece in supporting individuals and families through a compassionate, recovery-oriented system of care. In this role, you won't just be keeping things organized - you'll be enabling impact. Your skills will help leaders focus on improving access to quality services, reducing stigma, and delivering client centered care. Each day may include supporting the director with high-level administrative and organizational needs. Managing schedules and coordinating priorities in a fast-paced environment. Organizing meetings, preparing agenda and capturing key decision and action items. Being a welcoming and reliable point of contact while maintaining systems, spreadsheets and data bases that keep the programs running smoothly. Your ability to stay calm, organized and solution focused will support the broader team in the delivery of service. Interacting on a regular basis with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams) and working knowledge of SharePoint software. Minimum of five years of progressively responsible administrative experience. Experience with budgeting & finance such as budget planning, tracking departmental expenses, and preparing financial reports or managing vendor invoices. Ability to prioritize and organize multiple demands and inquiries. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to ambulate, climb stairs, and move quickly without limitations in a variety of environments. Candidate must be able to tolerate regular repetitive hand movements, keyboarding and telephone handling. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and the working knowledge of privacy legislation (ATIA and POPA) and the Mental Health Act. Possession of a valid Class 5 driver’s license as work-related travel is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Connect Care, WFM scheduling, RMS. Candidates with experience in health care settings, specifically mental health and addictions, will be given preference.
