Position Description We're looking for a trusted, highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to support our Founder & CEO across the day-to-day logistics of both work and personal life. This is a hands-on role for someone who anticipates needs and moves quickly. You'll be the reliable point of contact who keeps everything running smoothly.

What you'll do

Manage daily personal errands and logistics (e.g., arranging office lunches, car washes, household and lifestyle tasks) Coordinate residential property upkeep, including seasonal spring/winter setup, liaising directly with service companies and vendors Handle vendor coordination and pay invoices accurately and on time Plan and coordinate travel (flights, accommodations, ground transport, itineraries)

What we're looking for

Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant supporting a senior executive Exceptional organization, discretion, and follow-through; comfortable handling confidential and personal matters Proactive, resourceful, problem solver and calm under pressure Vendor management skills Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (for errands and property coordination)

Location This position is based in Ville Saint-Laurent and follows a hybrid work model. You'll be in the office 1–2 days per week, working remotely the rest of the time and staying mobile to run errands as needed.
