YOUR CHALLENGES

Ensure efficient and timely service in receiving, preparing, and shipping goods to the company’s external customers. Flexibility across functions. YOUR RESPONSABILITIES Receiving Unload merchandise; Verify received goods; Record receipts in our computer system; Place goods safely in the warehouse in their designated locations; Handle supplier non-conformities. Order Preparation Prepare customer orders; Ensure compliance with special requests indicated on shipping documents. Shipping Verify the accuracy of customer orders; Pack customer orders according to their specifications; Process shipments in our system and the carrier’s system. General Safety is everyone’s responsibility: ensure safe work practices, follow OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards, and remain aware of your surroundings; Maintain cleanliness in work areas; Respect tools, equipment, and the work environment; Report any damage or breakage to a supervisor. SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS Order accuracy; Service level (internal).
