The ideal Sterilization Assistant/ Floater for our team will be an essential part of the team by ensuring all dental instruments and equipment are disinfected and sterilized appropriately. SCHEDULE:

• 28-40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Minimum of 2 evenings per week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Completion of a certificate in Medical Device Reprocessing or similar program involving the sterilization of medical equipment a Dental Assistant Level 1 program
• Experience is not required - we're open to entry level applicants!
• 1-2 years of experience is preferred
• Experience with dental practice management software such as [insert the clinic’s dental software here] is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
