Warehouse Associate (Receiving & Order Fulfillment)

Warehouse Associates are responsible for various administrative and documentation tasks related to products and inventory. This includes maintaining accurate inventory records through an online platform, supporting order fulfillment, and providing basic customer service and product knowledge. The role requires a customer-oriented mindset, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Successful candidates will be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. This position offers opportunities for growth and development, with training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Accurately unload, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure proper stock rotation
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation
• Update inventory records and process documentation using internal systems
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers as needed
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Assist with general clerical duties related to inventory and logistics

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, data entry, Microsoft Office)
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs])
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic Photography knowledge is a bonus

Working Conditions:

• Office / warehouse environment
• May require standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
