Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Maintain financial and production records. Negotiate with clients for provision of services. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Perform general farm duties. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
