Client Success Specialist
Site 2020 is hiring a full-time Client Success Specialist. The position will be full-time based out of our Dartmouth office. We are looking for driven, professional and eager applicants who are looking to grow their career in the Industrial Technology Industry. Work hours may change according to business needs throughout the year.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Manager of Client Success, you will communicate with all our new and existing clients by telephone, text or email in a knowledgeable and personable manner. As a Client Success Specialist you will be responsible for managing our remote monitoring center to catch potential onsite client issues before they happen, assist with troubleshooting potential onsite issues for clients and handle any client part requests. Documentation and reporting are a major component of this position and you will be expected to follow proper reporting procedures. In addition, you will interact with the Field Training team providing support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial resolution contact for incoming and outbound phone calls and emails.
- Assess, resolve and document client needs based on the information that they are providing to you.
- Report and document each interaction thoroughly in our various portals.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- 2 years of Customer Service Experience (remote technical support experience would be considered an asset).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Experience working in a digital setting with multiple software applications and computer programs including experience navigating between applications and the internet.
- Strong keyboarding skills and the ability to enter data with speed and precision.
- Hard working, reliable and self-driven.
Qualifications Considered as an Asset (but not required):
- Knowledgeable in the Atlassian Suite of Products (Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in Traffic Control.
- Fluent or knowledgeable in Spanish
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday – Friday
- Day Shift
- Some evenings and weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Quarterly bonus pay: up to CA$1,200
