Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage training and development strategies. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS PowerPoint. MS Windows. MS Word. MS Office. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?.
