Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator role based in Brampton, ON. The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, organizing schedules and meetings, maintaining records, and supporting internal teams with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls and emails, coordinating office supplies and equipment, and assisting with basic documentation, filing, and data entry. The role will also support customer-facing activities such as directing inquiries, providing general information, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. The Office Administrator will collaborate closely with management and technical teams to ensure smooth workflows, timely communication, and efficient office processes. Qualifications Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations, documentation, and scheduling. Proficiency with Office Equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, multi-function devices) and common productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace). Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Customer Service skills to support visitors, clients, and partners, addressing inquiries and routing requests appropriately. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on-site in Brampton, ON, with reliability and punctuality. Previous experience in an office or administrative role, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or industrial setting, is an asset. Post-secondary education or training in business administration, office management, or a related field is considered an advantage.
