About the role
Bulyea Co-op is hiring an Assistant Office Manager in Lumsden, SK.
Shifts:
5:00am - 1:30pm, Saturday - Wednesday
What you’ll do:
- Opening the store
- Invoice verification
- Payroll Communications
- General Email Correspondence
- General Admin
- System maintenance
- Ordering Product
- Delegating tasks and managing staff
- Keeping Inventory
- Cash handling
Who you are:
- Previous management experience
- Previous office experience
- Serve it right an asset
- Lotto learn an asset
- Must be 19+
- Self starter
- High attention to detail, Organized
- Time management skills
- Honest, trustworthy
- Someone that enjoys paperwork
- Computer skills, specifically with Microsoft products such as excel.
- Ability to multitask
- Problem solving skills
What we offer:
$25/hr
