Our client is a fast-growing healthcare and wellness acquisition platform that partners with founders to scale their businesses while preserving what makes each brand work. They provide the shared infrastructure (operational, financial, and administrative) that lets founders focus on growth.
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team! You'll keep leadership running at speed in a high-trust, high-visibility seat at the centre of an active acquisition platform, working closely with senior leadership and partners.
What you'll do: Manage complex calendars, travel, and meeting logistics for senior leadership Coordinate deal activity and prepare materials for investor and partner meetings Handle confidential financial and transaction matters with discretion Anticipate needs and keep leadership focused on what matters most
What we're looking for: 3+ years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, professional environment Exceptionally organized, with sharp judgment and strong written communication High level of discretion handling sensitive deal and financial information Based in Vancouver, able to work core hours aligned to Pacific time, and eligible to work in Canada
Nice to have: Background in legal, professional services, private equity, investment, or healthcare and wellness Experience operating within an acquisitive or multi-entity business Fluent with AI and productivity tools, with the ability to build them into daily workflows
