Bilingual Property Service Coordinators (English/French)
Overview We are seeking customer-focused Bilingual Property Service Coordinators to join a fast-paced Operations Centre supporting commercial property maintenance and facilities management services across Canada. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for property-related service requests, providing exceptional customer support in both English and French. You will receive requests via phone, email, and online platforms, create and coordinate work orders, and work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely resolution. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-volume, customer-focused environment, enjoy problem-solving, and excel at managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming property maintenance and service requests received via telephone, email, and web-based systems. Create, prioritize, and dispatch work orders to the appropriate internal teams or external service providers. Assess incoming requests and assign the appropriate level of priority to ensure prompt service delivery. Coordinate with property managers, maintenance technicians, vendors, landlords, and other stakeholders to facilitate service completion. Monitor open work orders and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders. Deliver professional customer service in both English and French. Learn and follow established operational procedures, service standards, and work order management processes. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects. Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and organizational data. Support the onboarding and training of new team members when required. Assist with operational demonstrations for prospective clients or new employees as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule This position operates within a 24/7/365 Operations Centre.
Candidates must be available to work: Rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM (Eastern Time) Weekends and statutory holidays on a rotational basis Overtime as required
Qualifications Education High school diploma required. Post-secondary education in business, customer service, administration, property management, or a related field is considered an asset. Experience Up to one year of experience in customer service, dispatch, property management, facilities coordination, call centre operations, or administrative support. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is an asset.
Skills & Qualifications Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess priorities quickly. Ability to learn new software, systems, and operational processes efficiently. Comfortable managing multiple customer requests while maintaining attention to detail. Strong computer proficiency, including accurate keyboarding skills. Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced operations environment. Professional, dependable, and committed to continuous learning and personal development.
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in commercial property management, facilities management, maintenance coordination, service dispatch, or building operations. Experience using work order management, CRM, or facilities management software is considered an asset.
