About the Role
As a Print Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting WBM’s Print Solutions team by coordinating service requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service throughout every stage of the support process.
This position serves as the central point of communication between customers, field technicians, vendors, and internal teams. The role requires excellent organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position comes from providing proactive customer support, efficiently coordinating resources, and ensuring service commitments are met.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and dispatch service calls to field technicians
- Schedule technician workloads to meet service level commitments
- Monitor and follow up on active service requests to ensuretimelyresolution
- Provide customers with regular updatesregardingservice status and estimated completion times
- Assistwith parts ordering and coordinate required materials for service activities
- Liaise with technicians, customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve service issues
- Build positive working relationships with customers and WBM team members
- Maintainaccurateservice records and documentation
- Identifyopportunities to improve service delivery processes and customer experience
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
