THE TEAM The mission of the Procurement Department is to purchase the required goods and services with value-based purchasing (high quality, best price) on scale and on time.
THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing, and our Procurement team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for ensuring the most effective and efficient performance of Procurement functions by defining, upholding, and improving the standard of operational excellence. As the Senior Manager/Manager, Procurement, you will contribute to each phase of the purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase management and the ongoing relationship management with each partner to ensure we are making value-based purchases and maximizing the quality of every element procured at the best available price. THE ROLE As the Senior Manager/Manager, Procurement you will: Support the development of our procurement strategy and approach across the business Ensure Aritzia sources the best fit goods and services for business needs, from world-class vendors. through vendor research, onboarding, evaluation, and management Tactically negotiate with vendors, leveraging Aritzia’s industry position to ensure Aritzia receives the best value for money, without compromising quality. Buy goods and services in a timely manner and through POs in alignment with corporate standards Ensure all purchased goods or services are received on time and meet or exceed contractual agreements Maintain and continuously evaluate the relationship with each partner, and address business opportunities for price, scale and scope
THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Manager/Manager, Procurement has: Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in procurement with the ability to rapidly simulate and derive mutually beneficial value in the confluence of procurement and subject matter expertise A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners. A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 CAD per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
