Role Description The Sales Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in our Burnaby office. This role supports the Canadian sales team by responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and helping track job status to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, proactively resolving issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales operations processes. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess pricing and margins, and support accurate estimating. Customer service and customer satisfaction skills to respond to inquiries, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales, production, and clients, and to document project requirements clearly. Experience with sales operations, including CRM usage, order processing, and workflow coordination. Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and comfort learning industry-specific systems. Prior experience in printing, manufacturing, or a related B2B environment is an asset. Relevant post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
