This position plays an important role in helping us provide excellent customer service and maintain efficient day-to-day operations. Applicants must live within a 15-mile radius of Oak Point, TX.
Position Details
Full-time position
Starting pay: $20 per hour depending on experience
this is not a remote position.
Potential for overtime opportunities
Responsibilities Include
Answer incoming phone calls professionally
Schedule appointments and service calls
Assist customers with general questions
Manage customer information and office records
Support daily office operations
Communicate with technicians and customers efficiently
Maintain organized workflows and follow-up processes
