About the role

About the Team

Green Real Estate Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team in Penticton. We foster a culture of creativity, team spirit, and flexible problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents on behalf of agents
  • Communicate with the brokerage office to ensure timely submission of all listing and offer documents
  • Activate and update MLS listings
  • Schedule and coordinate showings for agents
  • Answer phone calls and manage office email, responding to client inquiries
  • Create brochures and marketing materials for listings
  • Manage social media and website (WordPress experience is an asset)

Qualifications

  • Administrative or clerical experience; real estate experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google workspace
  • Familiarity with MLS platforms and CRM software
  • Knowledge of Canva and social media platforms an asset
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Bookkeeping experience is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
