Toromont is looking for a Rental Coordinator to join its team! Our coordinator provides superior service to support internal and external customers.

Pay Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation: $53,125.00 - $66,407.50

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Receive and answer Customer requests for rental invoicing
• Forward quotations requests to sales representatives
• Complete rental agreements (paper work)
• Update the information inherent to the IRS and DBS Systems
• Obtain contracts signed by customers and the approvals of credit before the delivery
• Proceed to billing in a timely and effective manner
• Model the way for safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviors in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives

Must-haves for this role:

• Diploma of Collegial Studies

• Bilingualism (spoken and written)

• Proficient with MS Office software

• Organizational, planning and follow-up skills

• Ability to work multiple tasks simultaneously

• A team player and self-directed with high initiative, integrity and a continuous improvement focus

• Proven business and financial acumen with the ability to mine and analyze data to support results
