About the team you are joining You will be joining the Information Security team within the Information & Data (I&D) Division, reporting to the Manager Aviation Information Security under the Head Information Security GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) & Aviation Partnership, as part of a small team of cybersecurity professionals. What your day would be like Supporting aviation cybersecurity initiatives, industry meetings, and study group activities; Conducting research on emerging cybersecurity threats, regulations, standards, and best practices impacting the airline industry; Assisting in the development of cybersecurity guidance material, reports, presentations, and policy documents; Supporting advocacy activities related to global aviation cybersecurity standards and regulatory harmonization; Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of industry meetings and stakeholder engagement activities; Preparing agendas, meeting minutes, action logs, and stakeholder communications; Contributing to a project aligned with your developing skill set and the needs of the Aviation Cybersecurity team; Helping maintain knowledge repositories, collaboration platforms, and cybersecurity information-sharing resources; Supporting the maintenance of the team's intranet and external site content; Performing additional duties as required, e.g. supporting the coordination of policy exception, security risk assessment tasks, and other team initiatives.

We would love to hear from you if Recent university Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field (within one year of graduation); Previous entry-level administrative work experience; Interest in technology, cybersecurity, and the aviation industry; Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail; Excellent PC skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite; Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different stages of initiatives; Customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills in a global environment; Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of another language is an asset.
