As part of this growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Centralized Purchasing Supervisor to support and enhance procurement activities across our HVAC and plumbing divisions, ensuring consistent inventory availability while operating within established pricing and inventory guardrails. Position Overview: The Centralized Purchasing Supervisor plays a key role in managing equipment and material procurement across Right Time’s national branch network. This role is responsible for generating purchase orders, maintaining agreed-upon inventory levels, and executing purchasing strategies within established pricing, vendor, and inventory guardrails. This is a hands-on, analytical role suited to someone with strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of purchasing agreements, min/max inventory concepts, and how vendor-deals work. While inventory ownership remains at the branch level, this role ensures consistency, availability, and discipline across centrally controlled SKUs.
