Dental Receptionist – Dental Studio Bramalea | Brampton, ON

Dental Studio Bramalea is looking for a friendly, positive, and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team part-time leading to full-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

We are a warm and welcoming dental office located beside Brampton Civic Hospital, with free parking and easy transit access. Our team truly enjoys working together, supporting one another, and creating a comfortable experience for our patients. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, loves staying organized, and wants to be part of a supportive and upbeat environment.

SCHEDULE

20–24 hours per week:

• Wednesday: 1 PM – 7 PM
• Thursday: 12 PM – 6 PM
• Friday: 12 PM – 6 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM – 4 PM

HOURS SUBJECT TO CHANGE 

Start Date: June 1, 2026

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years of dental reception/administration experience
• Experience with AbelDent is an asset
• Someone comfortable managing accounts receivable and processing payments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A professional, reliable, and friendly attitude
• Someone who enjoys working with patients and being part of a team

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcoming and checking in patients
• Scheduling appointments and answering inquiries
• Helping create a smooth and positive patient experience
• Supporting the team with day-to-day front desk responsibilities
