Executive Support Manage complex calendars and schedules across multiple time zones Monitor, prioritize, and manage the executive's inbox, ensuring timely follow-ups Prepare meeting agendas, pre-read materials, and executive documentation Attend meetings, record action items, and monitor deliverables through completion Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders Assist in preparing board papers, presentations, reports, and executive communications Manage confidential documents, contracts, NDAs, and version-controlled files Draft, proofread, and format professional correspondence Project & Operations Support Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and vendor communications Assist with supplier, contractor, and service provider coordination Support property-related administrative activities, scheduling, and operational tasks Manage calendars and logistics related to operational projects Financial Administration Provide transactional data entry support in QuickBooks Assist with light financial administration and record management Maintain organized financial and operational documentation
