The opportunity Real Time Networks is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Associate who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly — someone who is as comfortable managing shipping documentation as they are rolling up their sleeves for hands-on warehouse work. This role is the operational backbone of our warehouse. The majority of your time will be spent on shipping and receiving administration — coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring our customers receive timely, accurate order updates. The remaining portion of your role is varied: you will backfill our manufacturing team during high-volume periods and support general warehouse maintenance. This is not a purely administrative role, and it is not purely a general labour role. It sits squarely in between, and the right person will find that balance energizing rather than limiting. Responsibilities: Shipping & Receiving (Primary Focus) Manage all inbound receipts — reconciling shipments against purchase orders, verifying quantities and condition, and updating inventory records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare outbound customer orders with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring shipments meet quality and specification requirements before they leave the building Create and maintain logistics documentation including packing slips, commercial invoices, and shipping records Use logistics systems and software to create, track, and report on shipment and order status Communicate proactively and professionally with customers regarding order status, tracking details, and any shipment exceptions Serve as the primary warehouse point of contact for customer-facing shipment updates, utilizing the shipping log and internal communication tools Coordinate freight and transportation logistics for customer orders and Trade Show shipments Process returns (RMAs) and support vendor purchase orders Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate, up-to-date records Collaborate with Purchasing and Operations to support supply chain efficiency Manufacturing & Warehouse Support Partner with the manufacturing team on a regular basis — performing assembly, component handling, and quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with operational best practices, safety standards, and information security requirements Assist with general facilities tasks as needed, including moving equipment, furniture, and materials within the office and warehouse — a team player mentality is essential here Document new processes and ensure existing procedures are followed consistently Ensuring all processes are followed correctly; documenting new processes when required Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, adhering to operational best practices and safety quality standards & information security What you bring: Education and Experience: Post Secondary education or equivalent experience 1–3 years of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics coordination, inventory management, or warehouse operations Hands-on experience in a light manufacturing, assembly, or general warehouse environment is a strong asset Technical Skills: Proficiency M365 Office applications (Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook) Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics is a strong asset Experience using a ticketing systems and CRM Professional Skills Strong Organizational and multitasking abilities – You excel in managing competing responsibilities while keeping everything thing in order, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills – You tackle challenges head-on and find efficient solutions Strong interpersonal and communication skills - You can communicate professionally in English, both written and oral, with a customer-focused mindset Multitasker – You can juggle multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments and adapt to evolving responsibilities Basic Requirements Physically capable – Ready to lift up to 50lbs and get hands-on with daily tasks Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle – Must have a clean driving record and willing to assist with small package drop offs as needed Ability to work on-site, full-time, in Port Coquitlam, BC What we offer: A competitive salary commensurate with experience and education A comprehensive benefits program including extended medical and group insurance.
