What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with warmth and confidence
• Keep the clinic running smoothly — phones, scheduling, check-ins, billing
• Clearly explain treatment plans and insurance
• Be the connection between patients and the clinical team

What You Bring

• 2+ years in a dental office
• Strong understanding of dental terminology
• Experience with Cleardent or similar software
• Clear, calm, and confident communication

• You lead with a hospitality mindset
• You stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• You're organized, proactive, and dependable

Compensation for this role ranges from $25-28 per hour and is based on your experience, qualifications, and the value you bring to our team.
