Your Part in It: Working out of our Hamilton, ON office, we are looking for a Tracing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping shipments moving efficiently by monitoring freight, tracking shipment progress, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date visibility throughout the transportation process. No prior logistics experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and equip you with the skills needed to succeed in the transportation industry using our proprietary technology and proven processes.

Tracing Coordinator

What the Job Entails: Make outbound calls to carriers throughout the day to confirm shipment pickups, in-transit status, ETAs, and deliveries. Monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery and provide timely status updates. Manage a high volume of phone calls and email correspondence with carriers and internal teams. Update the TTSLS with accurate and timely shipment information. Identify and escalate service issues, delays, or exceptions as they occur to the appropriate Operations team members. Prepare and distribute a detailed daily handoff email for the after-hours team, ensuring all active shipments and outstanding issues are clearly communicated. Work closely with Operations and Customer Service to maintain service levels and resolve shipment issues efficiently. Obtain Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and follow up on any missing documentation.
