We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service, sales, and content creation (being comfortable on camera).

This role has plenty of room for growth and, depending on performance, could evolve into a Managerial Position in the near future.

• You have JaneApp experience (required for consideration).
• You are a people person with excellent communication, computer, and customer service skills.
• You are a high-energy, sales-driven individual ready to promote our services and engage with our community.
• You have a friendly, professional demeanor and are reliable and punctual.
• You are comfortable on camera and have a passion for content creation — whether that’s taking photos, making videos, or brainstorming new ideas for social media engagement.
• You work well under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• You have a flexible schedule and are willing to work evenings until 8 p.m.
