About the role
We're looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Office Support Coordinator to join our team in St. John's. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors, helping create a welcoming office environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing team. What You'll Do Serve as the primary reception contact, professionally greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and creating a positive experience for employees, guests, and vendors. Provide front desk coverage and support the day-to-day operations of the St. John's office, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace. Manage office supplies, inventory, mail services, courier shipments, deliveries, and other office resources. Support onboarding activities, meetings, office events, and other administrative initiatives across the business. Assist employees with general office and administrative inquiries, providing timely and professional support. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support workplace operations, facilities activities, and office processes. What We're Looking For Previous experience in an administrative, reception, office support, or customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common workplace technologies. Nice-to-Have Experience supporting a front desk, reception area, or office environment. Experience coordinating vendors, office services, or workplace events. Exposure to facilities, workplace operations, or office administration functions. This position is located in St. John's, NL and requires in-office presence 5 days per week. The successful candidate will be based at the front desk and serve as the primary reception and office support contact for employees, visitors, and vendors.
