Your Role in Supporting Our Members: As a Coordinator, Operations (BOPS), you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Banking Operations team, namely the Estates, Document Services and Registered Plans Administration teams, ensuring requests are managed efficiently and data is maintained accurately. This role plays a key part in enabling the department to achieve its business goals by coordinating inquiries, maintaining reporting, and supporting internal processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and service-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting team success. This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Team Manager, Estate and Trust. This position will be fully on-site.

How You'll Make an Impact: Managing and administering requests for the Banking Operations team, ensuring timely delegation and responses Supporting inquiries from internal stakeholders, including Estates-related requests Monitoring and maintaining reports to ensure accurate and timely operational data Coordinating administrative processes to support business operations and team efficiency Responding to inquiries and interpreting policies and procedures for stakeholders Maintaining organized records and documentation aligned with operational requirements Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support workflow coordination and service delivery Supporting continuous improvement of administrative processes within Banking Operations

What You’ll Bring to the Team: Post-secondary education in business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in financial services Strong business acumen with an understanding of the financial industry Proven communication and interpersonal skills to respond to inquiries and interpret policies clearly Experience managing multiple requests and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data and reports Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Extra Skills That Set You Apart: Experience supporting Banking Operations or Estates-related processes Familiarity with reporting tools or data tracking systems Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements

What You’ll Earn: This role offers a salary range of $55,300 to $71,500 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
