About the role
As a non-profit organization that is responsive to both industry and community needs, the Saskatoon Trades and Skills Centre (STSC) delivers short-term trades and skills training, leading to entry-level jobs where workers are in high demand. We are looking for an energetic and highly organized individual to act as a front facing member of our team providing a wide range of administrative and staff support activities ensuring the efficient operation of our programs. Duties include: - Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary- Monitoring visitor access- Handling general public queries and ongoing customer support- Providing support to job coaches in preparation for, and during training courses- General administrative support to the office administrator and executive director The successful candidate must be a team player and have good working knowledge of Microsoft suite products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities are essential.
