Service & Rental Advisor | Grande Prairie Motorsports

What You’ll Do:
- Schedule service, listen carefully and document customer concerns.
- Prepare estimates, explain needed repairs and maintenance, and provide clear updates.
- Coordinate technicians and parts to keep repairs moving.
- Complete repair orders, warranty claims, invoices and payments accurately.
- Manage ATV reservations, agreements, safety orientations, check-outs and returns.
- Keep rental units clean, maintained and ready for the next adventure.
What You Bring:
- Service advising or rental experience, strong customer service skills; (automotive, powersports, RV, marine or recreation experience is an asset.)
- Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and calm under pressure.
- Comfort with dealership software; CDK, PBS or similar experience is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
- A genuine passion for the rider culture, whether dirt, snow, or pavement.
