About the role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries. Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases. Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents. Compile data, statistics and other information. Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Label files according to retention and disposal schedules. Organize and schedule office work. Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
