Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage client accounts and deal with issues that arise.
• Flexible schedule needed to respond to client concerns.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Using problem-solving skills to deal with issues on the job.
• Be a trainer for the cleaning crew on our company standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience is a strong asset but not required.
• Flexible schedule and great time-management skills.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Travel between Edmonton and neighbouring cities may be required.
• Creative thinking and motivational skills are essential to learn about the various aspects required for this role.
