Overview
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical assistance to support the project team at site. The position is a local site-based role and is a 6-8 month term position. Start Date: July 2026 End Date: ~Feb 2027 Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday (48-hour week) Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
Administration of employee mobilization/demobilization paperwork HSE data entry, tracking and updating of tracking registers and databases Coordination of crew orientations, transportation of new employees onsite and/or escorting visitors Timesheet data entry preparation, review and cost coding for payroll entry. Preparation and maintenance of documents, reports and spreadsheets, including filing, scanning and copying Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory Some driving (both on and off site) required using Company vehicle Other general administrative and clerical support as required by the project team
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in an administrative role with similar responsibilities is beneficial. Clean Driver’s Licence HSE administrative background an asset Related post-secondary education preferred Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel) Strong typing skills
