About the role
Jansen Claims Group is looking to hire a full time administrative assistant for our disability claims management firm. The ideal candidate would have a minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role, and demonstrate a combination of the following skills:

- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of WorkSafeBC is an asset
Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google meet etc.)
- Answer and relay calls/messages on a multi-line telecom system
- Type and proofread correspondence, letters, forms, and other documents
- Use of printer/copier/fax machine
- Follow up calls with clients, WorkSafe, and or employers
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, while maintaining inbox organization
- Sorting of incoming mail
- Filing
*Wage dependent on experience
